Q. What, exactly is "CrossRidge?"

Q. Will there be a golf course at CrossRidge?

There's nothing like the lifestyle, activities and amenities you will enjoy at CrossRidge including the Pavilion, your Private Club with a heated indoor pool.  Plus, the CrossRidge Activities Director has made arrangements with many of the area's top courses to allow our property owners to enjoy golf as much as they like.

Q. Is it going to be easy to make new friends at CrossRidge?

Q. Are there age requirements for residents?

CrossRidge is an age qualified community for active adults 55 years of age and better.  Only one of the property owners has to be 55 or older and children coming home from college for the holidays or for summer vacation are very welcome

Q. Where do residents shop?

CrossRidge is ideally located close to your kids, your grandkids and everything else.  Major shopping centers such as Virginia Center Commons and Short Pump Town Center are conveniently close and convenience stores are literally minutes away.  And, to serve our residents better, CrossRidge has the Village Shoppes next to the main entrance.

Q. Are there any medical facilities convenient to CrossRidge?

Yes, definitely.  The HealthSouth medical complex is just minutes away and Memorial Regional Medical Center is convenient as well.  There are also many doctors' offices in the area surrounding CrossRidge.

Q. Are there everyday shopping and services nearby?

At CrossRidge, you'll find your everyday and emergency shopping needs are not a concern.  There are grocery stores, small shopping centers and convenience stores all within minutes of your home here.  Plus, the Village Shoppes will be just outside our gated entrance to serve CrossRidge residents.
